Went along to Veni Vici for the 'Tulips' pasta this evening. As it is a charity event, I expected a moderate portion of hastily cooked pasta. How wrong I was! Five different sauces and ample portions of delicious pasta. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and were delighted to see them edging up towards their target of serving 1000 meals - I really hope they make it. Well done Veni Vici.

Yes I popp4d in for some take aways for the freezer, so that him downstairs can have a decent meal now and then. Most impressed I was. Can't wait to hear if they made their target. Should have done.... fingers crossed, and hope they exceeded work. It was frantic activity and I must say I admire the stamina of those gents with their pans!
