Our apartment ceiling and coving was badly damaged by water from the penthouse above. We contacted Orhan Saglam as recommended by many people on this forum. As we were only out for a week in July, he came and gave us a very competitive price and didn't want any money until the job was done. So we left him our keys and returned home.
He emailed me when the job was completed. When we returned 3 weeks ago he came straight to our apartment to return the keys.
The ceiling and coving was perfect and there were no visible joints, he also cleaned up and left the room spotlessly clean.
I would thoroughly recommend him and will not hesitate to contact him in future.

With his team he did a great job in our apartment.
Had damp problem which is for 5 years has no any solution.
Very clean and professional job.
Never find anyone better than him and his team in North Cyprus.

Orhan carried out some internal plastering and repainted the outside of our house. I would recommend him highly. Very professional and a clean & tidy worker.
