Siba. Are you happy with them? I'm not!

Well where do I start.

Everything is overpriced.

Always have to return Chlorine as it is too weak. They have worked out that us Brits gauge the strength of Chlorine by smelling the stuff. They now openly admit that this is a waste of time, but they do sprinkle some fresh stuff on top, so when you open the rubbish stuff, it smells good!

Floating thermometers. Never float upright. They are always on the piss!

They offer a lifetime guarantee on their new remote control pool lights. I ask how long is their lifetime. One year!

They offer a one year guarantee on Astral products. However, Astral offer five years. Siba state that this is not Spain and the pools are different and so is the Sun!

Are you happy with Siba?

Or can you recommend other suppliers.

Thanks.

Cyprus Pools are not the cheapest, but they built our pool and have maintained it for 14 years and no problems. If I need anything extra, from the weekly visit Summer and Winter, it only takes a phone call.

Having found Siba's prices extortionate my husband now goes to a pool supply company on the road down to the new harbour I think it is on the left as you go down passed the crossroads.

I use the same place that Ozankoys use-It's called 'Top Clean'-much better price wise and proper 90% chlorine-in fact I see other pool shops buy stuff from them.
