Covering a penthouse balcony

Just had our balcony covered in with a steel and ashfel cover all painted white and screens at the side to block out the next door flats an excellent and professional job. I tried many people but no one would go on the roof and none knew the felt had to be put on with a torch. Then found a chap in alsanjack excellent so if anyone needs this doing contact me.
