Does anyone have a phone No for Kibtek?
Do they speak English?
And will they have anyone to send out during Bayram?

http://www.kibtek.com/Iletisim/Girne.htm have all their numbers, the mobile number at the bottom of the page 0548 888 8883 was the number they called us back on to check a local problem we had reported had been fixed/power restored a couple of weeks ago. The guy calling me back that day spoke English, not sure how well as I answered back and the conversation continued in Turkish.
