Try Near East University Hospital "Dentistry Department". There I had work done on my teeth price including examination, X-ray and repairs. I am sure they can sort out your wife problem.
Take a day out and check it out. The staff are pleasant and helpful and in some cases may allocate a young person to act as an interpreter
good luck

By the way, worthwhile mentioning.
Near East University has "classic cars museum". while your wife has work done on her teeth, I would suggest you visit the museum.
They have an excellent car collection for classic cars enthusiasts. Cost 10tl.

Also, they have various restaurants and cafes.

Best of lucks

The Near East also give discount to BRS members, just wait until they present you with the bill before you remember you are eligible for discount Think it might be 20% - worth joining for to get the discount if it's going to be expensive treatment.

I had 3 crowns done at London Dental Care in Famagusta last month, for about a third of the price my NHS Dentist in the UK would charge.
The Dentist is Dr Ayse Stucu Tuver BDS, a North London Turkish Cypriot who has relocated to Famagusta. She qualified from Kings College London and speaks perfect English. Not sure how much she charges for implants, but my crowns cost 500TL each - and they were back from the lab in 4-5 days!

To add to Bugsy's recommendation for Smile (Ipek Gurpinar), she is an excellent dentist - also qualified at Kings College UK - and now has a very experienced and highly qualified English dentist working with her particularly to deal with implants. Can't speak from experience on implants but have had considerable bridgework and crowns done by Ipek and am very pleased with all of it.

Thanks for everyone's help we will be going to Near East Hospital tomorrow then contacting the other recommendations. By the way when we were in UK in June my wife was quoted £2.000 per implant and a £473 scan fee on completion of treatment. What a utter disgrace.

The Brighton Implant Clinic will do an implant for around £1000 per implant. They have excellent standards and equipment and as they are specialists, can do it for about half the price of most UK dentists. Obviously you would need to be in the UK as it is not something that can be done in one visit and will normally need 3 or 4 appointments over about 6 months.
