I have one of the above purchased last year, partly through nostalgia, partly because Tesco were doing a very good deal at the time and partly because of the Google partnership. I need to buy a cover (and I'm pretty sure they have them in the smaller shops in Girne central) However, yesterday I was in the Karakum Lemar and out of curiosity I asked if they had any covers, taking into account where the camera was situated. When I gave the phone to the assistant, you would have thought I'd handed him a dog turd. He gingerly turned it over and said "It's not an iphone or Samsung 6" " I know it isn't, its a Motorola" "We don't have covers for that sort" and quickly gave it back and walked away. As I left Lemar, I wondered if not owning an Apply or Samsung made me a second class citizen!! There's an awful lot of snobbery in phones it would appear.

Motorola is owned by Google and so have the latest operating systems
You must have more money than sense to spend £400 + on an iphone or samsung
Cases for the Motorola are about £4 in the uk via amazon

I've got a Nokia Lumia and am more than happy with it. I can't understand the fascination with all things Apple. My tablet is a Lenovo and I think far superior t myo sisters ipad. Think it is a snob thing myself, look I can afford the so called best.

Thanks for that wanderer, but I want to pick up one asap, so a trip to Girne central is on the cards tomorrow. I have a Lenova lap top, its top of the range and far, far more powerful that any Apple have produced. Wouldn't give tuppence for an Apple.

That would be great if you could, but I'll go round some of the smaller out of the way shops in Girne first. I have a RAZRi. Sorry Glenn, I'm a bit of a "doh" when it comes to phones and I don't know what a Moto G is.
