does any one know whay time the ceremony is, I know 8th Nov but do not know the time. Can anyone help please?

According to Cyprus Today the High commissioner has refused an invite to attend this ceremony. No further info given. Frightened of upsetting the South?????

I might be wrong and stand to be corrected but believe the last waste of space refused to attend the commemoration of the war memorial. I think he sent a wreath, it will be interesting to see what this one sends.
