Have been recommended the Droidsticks box which runs through the router box from a shop in London and will be getting one when I go to the U.K. next month, they are £95 including delivery.

Will all these little boxes work In Cyprus? Don't you need a vpn to watch the likes of bbc iplayer etc. how would you put a vpn on the box? Just being subjective. Jock2. What sport are you watching? I hope I'm wrong about the need for a vpn because it would be great to be able to use one..

We bought one, fully loaded, from Ebay in UK. We now have every tv series known to man, more films than we could shake a stick at, live UK tv, and best of all for my hubby, all the Sky, BT, and Setanta sport channels. With the multimax internet provision winter here could be quite pleasant.

Hi yes you need VPN for I player but you can download one from Google apps from the box that cost me £14 for a year but there is 1000s of channels on it it comes pre loaded and constantly updates it self. The company I bought mine from is a British company and have good forum which is a great help and links to u tube to talk you through problems all British sports channels are on it and hundreds more so if one site is down there are plenty of links to others

Silly question,
I assume you need good internet link for this to work?
What about data allowances?
So does it turn your TV screen into a big PC display?
Assume not from satellite dish
Or ????

How188 in your original post you enquired about internet/satellite boxes - all the replies point to internet only - There is one that does what you require - speak to Acip he supplies and installs them - sorry, left my phone at home so dont have his number to hand.

Click on the home button on this website,
http://www.droidsticks.co.uk/shop/rk318 ... id-tv-box/ for the contact details, the same one we have bought is also sold on eBay. also sld on
http://www.amazn.co.uk http://www.amazon.co.uk/DroidBOX-X7-RK3 ... dia+TV+Box But we went straight to the supplier as the back up if you have any problems is fantastic, only had a coule of small problems, which were my fault, emailed them, they came back to me the same day via email, and told me what to do, they were Brillant........ PS We bought a cordless mouse from Laconic 35TL you can also buy one from Stormax for 29 TL which operates the Andrid box far better than the remote which is supplied with the system.
