Muktar

Does anyone know who and where is the muktar of Lapta please.
You will find ONE of them just up the road from Taranci supermarket in the square in Baspinar. If you ask in the shop they will point out his house and you can knock any evening after 7.30 and ask for Halil Bey.
If your Turkish is rubbish you may have to take a Turkish friend to help out.
