Hi

We've had an urgent request to help with 7 dogs in Karaagac whose owner has been hospitalised. At the moment nobody is feeding these dogs!

Is there someone in the Karaagac/Esentepe area who would be willing to go and look after these dogs if HANC (Helping Animas North Cyprus) supply all the food and petrol costs?

It is believed that once this person is discharged from hospital,they won't be able to cope with looking after the dogs either. So rehoming them will be an issue later on, but the immediate urgency is to,find someone who,will go and feed them just now.

Despite having someone who kindly offered to look after these dogs, it appears that a family member is now taking responsibility for their welfare.

Good to hear some good news for a change.

Good evening Owl Lady. Unfortunately this posting is not all about good news as the family are trying to find new homes for all of the seven dogs. We understand this is due to a medical emergency within the family
One of the dogs, a bitch Labrador cross was rehomed through Kibkom, we think only last year. Her previous owners had rescued her, cared, loved and trained her and then unfortunately through work commitments had to find a new home for her as they could not take her to the country they were going to. We can remember her being at the KAR Dog show and winning lots of medals, bless her. So sad for this to happen.
