I think it is 3.30, according to Cyprus Today. Also that is the time that they have been practising the past couple of days.

Not sure if it was 2 or 3 years ago now, that Solo Turk first came for this particular show in November. The weather was awful, heavy rain, and we kept hearing that the show was cancelled, so we all sat nice and dry and warm in Windows Bar. Suddenly, we could hear the roar of engines and there he was! Very, very dark cloud, but he performed (not saying that the formation team would do the same though). It was actually fantastic because, due to the dark sky, when the flares were thrown out, they really showed up well. We stood under umbrellas, and watched what was probably a shortened version, but he was fantastic.

Unfortunately the Turkish Stars display was cancelled today because of the weather but according to their official facebook page it has been scheduled for tomorrow (Sunday 16th at 3.30pm). Let's hope the rain stays away!

There is a little saying we used to repeat when flying. 'It is better to be down here wishing you were up there, than up there praying you could be down there'.
Better to be safe!

Well the forecast is for a passing morning shower so it seems like there is a good chance of it going ahead tomorrow Sun 16th at 3:30pm

I have also just watched it from my upper balcony and wondered why I have gone down to the harbour for the past few years .BBB has just confirmed that I thought they went as far as Catalkoy The only part I couldn't see was over the actual harbour, but then I saw things that weren't seen there. Also I am now at home and no sitting in a traffic queue for over an hour, like last time.GREAT, Hope you all enjoyed it?
