Driving Licence renewal

If anyone has recently renewed their TRNC licence, please can you tell me what documentation one needs to take?
Also, how long can a non resident who is under 60 drive on a UK licence, if given a 90 day stamp in the passport? Presumably 90 days, but nothing can be taken for granted in this country.
