Credit where credits due!

So impressed by the service we received from Kibtek on Sunday, I felt I needed to share!
Our mains electricity cable had somehow snapped, maybe to do with the very bad weather on Saturday night/Sunday morning. Phoned the emergency line at 11.42am and by 12noon they were at The Hut. Up the pole and finished by 1.30pm (even had to pop out and get thicker cable in that time!) They even replaced the old cable into the box.
We would have been in a right pickle! Thanks again KIbtek!

Wonderful news, However, it would be a blessing if they could put an end to these infernal power cuts. 3rd world by modern standards. I for one am sick to death of them

Yep agree, credit where credit is due: Following six visits to the office and two visits from Kibtek the street lights outside still do not work! Still get billed for them, so that is how they can manage to repair your electricity cable so fast - glad I was able to help!!!! Now in the 8th month of no street lights following Kibtek changing the bulb last time it failed!!!!!

Chrisandsue, yes credit where it's due. Do you think may be that you have someone "important" in the area, who runs off the same supply?

I agree that you dont often hear anything good about Kibtek and yes as a business owner we have had lost revenue due to power cuts, but sometimes you have to praise good service!
Sophie, the cable was direct from the pole into our supply, so nobody else would have been affected....my what a negative bunch you are!!!

I refuse to comment on the above, too busy planting bulbs, all of which are energy saving of course.

The current battery of comments appear to have dried up like a Leclanche cell. Would like to say AMPee`d off with it all now. Looking forward to the next evening power cut in the semi dark (candles), no TV and a real conversation with `er indoors. On the other hand, the conversation usually gets round to what she wants me to buy!!! Keep up the good work Kibtek, thank you

Well; it has to be admitted that this thread has had an electrifying effect! It has generated a much higher than normal number of replies and views, and clearly demonstrates the power of the internet. It is fortunate that such a surge of input has not overloaded the board.....
