Need urgent info on an Architect

A friend of mine bought a land and was recommended a female Architect with the name of "Hafisa Kasap" to draw plans and deal with all formalities, requirements / regulations, planning permission, etc.,
Before he proceeds and initiate a contact with her;.
Can Anyone tell if this Architect "Hafisa Kasap" is good / bad or and worthwhile trusting"? he understand she is based in Lefkosa.
My friend heard all kinds of stories about buildings, and builders and doesn't want to fall in the trap, and would be very grateful for any infos.
No slagging please, he only needs a professional opinion, and competency in doing as promise.
