Medview Lapta Springs.

I have just seen on the Medview Homes website that an owner at their Lapta Springs development has received their Kocan, photo of presentation outside the Girne District office. Can this be true?

I don't live at Lapta Springs but I do live on a Medview site and I keep an ear to the ground. I heard about a week ago that
the residents of Lapta Springs were getting their title deeds.
