Which is the purest olive oil I can buy in the North ?

its not olive season yet for the fresh stuff so you will just have to have a look around the market on the stalls they may still have some

Thought I was being purist when the olives from my 1 tree went with my neighbours crop.

Went to the olive fabrica and discovered you don't get the oil from your olives, its a conveyor belt operation. Like a fool I was moderately selective as to the quality of olive sent. Could not believe some of the crap worm eaten that was quite acceptable and is what I'm probably using at present.

Having said that have no complaints and know its fresh.

yes you just get a % of the weight back it could be anyones unless your doing a big lot
