Can't for the life of me imagine why they've placed the pork counter next to the wet fish.... Last place I would have expected it to be placed (plaiced)

The smell from one is not conducive to sales in the other methinks.... If you approach a fresh meat stall and all you can smell is fish - I don't know about you but it would put me off!

If fish smells of fish you shouldn't eat it.

All fish counters smell of fish... if they don't - it's not a fish counter. I grant that no individual piece of fish should smell strongly of fish but the overall effect of a large quantity of fresh fish is a fishy odour... If you can't smell that then your olfactory sense needs looking at!

In most UK supermarkets the fish counter is next the the butchers which is next to the deli which is next to the cheese.
If you eat smelly fish you may get eel.

I'm confused now.
If fish smells fishy don't eat it.
If fish tastes of chicken it's too late..........
