The pork shop that is now in the new part of Supreme will be taking orders for Fresh Turkeys so we were told yesterday. Turkey crowns you would have to ask!
Frozen Turkey crowns were being sold last year at most of the supermakets - Lemar, Tempo etc.
Hope this helps - Wendy BBB;s other half.

I'm hoping to organise a mini bus to do a shopping trip to Lidl before Xmas. I need 6 people to make the fare reasonable. Anyone interested please pm me.

Went to Lidls today. They have smallish frozen turkeys (4 kilos = 16 something euros) but no crowns.

Nice to see everyone on Kibkom are adapting to the Turkish way of life again.
One wonders why you all moved to North Cyprus in the first place. IMHO.

Zebedee, yes you were and so am I but if you cannot write something of use regarding this topic then please keep your ascerbic comments to yourself.
Many of us just want 1 day in the entire year to be traditional - not everyday but just 1 day and if we can all help each other by doing so then so be it.
If you don't like it then please do not read or comment on this post!

It`s not just one day though is it? What with all the threads on where the best Sunday roast is etc
And where can we buy a U.K . item and demanding that they stock more British goods.
No wonder the local way of life is eroding fast.
Think Zebedee has hit the nail on the head.
Can remember when you couldn`t see any Christmas items in the shops. Now it`s everywhere.
Such a shame.

Nothing wrong with celebrating Christmas, or any Bayram or other religious or state holiday either, must say was very disappointed with the new Supreme supermarket extension, think I preferred it as it was.
