My photos have been rejected by the post office check and send in UK. I had them done here and was told they were the correct passport size. Has anyone had theirs done recently(within the last 6months)and renewed their passport? Could you please tell me where you went ? Thanks

Unfortunately it's not all about the size of the photo, it's also about the image as well. I ended up having my photo done 3 times UK to get it right for what they wanted, really irritating. Hope the link explains a bit better for you.

My husband had his passport photo taken (admittedly for an Australian passport) at the Kucel photography shop down past HSBC. The image was clear and excellent and the guy took time to set it up. Highly recommended.

I had mine done at the top of the main street in Girne, near Deniz Plaza. I went back to UK to do my passport and they would not accept the photographs. I then had to do them in their booths. That said, my son had his done in the same place and we sent off his passport and they accepted them.

I had same problem, wrong size & wrong colour background.Had them done by taxi office top of main shopping street.Had booked a one day turn around in UK.Luckily was able to get new ones from booth at passport office.Think pic has to cover min 70% of grey background.
