Since the strong winds of last week . I have had no Internet connection at home . As promised their engineer turned up today and Installed a new Antenna . normal service resumed

Agree completely. We had been without Internet for three days and couldn't connect to the MM mobile but after a trip to the office an engineer was with us that afternoon. The dish has been repaired and earthed which hopefully will prevent the same problem next time we have a deluge.
