Have the Camlibel-Yilmazkoy roadworks been completed?

Recently the road was closed for repairs and one was diverted through Guzelyurt, I believe. Is the road to Lefkosa around Gecitkoy reservoir now open? I would be grateful if anyone knew for sure.

The road is still closed between Camlibel and first Hisarkoy turning. There is a diversion through Camlibel. Enter the village and take the Karpasa road. Turn left at Lale sokak and continue along narrow lane into forest then down alongside the closed road. Track is good for cars this am but after heavy rain it's a bit dodgy!
