MM is well slow tonight, been trying to download one episode of eastenders for the other half and 2 hours in still only 45%, I'm in Lapta-Karsiyaka anyone else having problems or is it just my set up? It's not only the downloads the whole system is sluggish.

I don't want to bother MM/Erol especially if the problem is mine or my router.

After a brief investigation, the 'problem' you are having is unique to you, but it is not really a problem, I have informed my colleagues and they will get back to you.

If you are wondering if it is your router you can take the supply into the router and put it in your computer then do a speedtest this will tell you it it is a router issue

Try to do your downloads between midnight and midday. Between midday and midnight, more people are using the system and Multimax have to deal with that fairly. If you speak to them they will explain their policy.
