Hasan Ozyalcin. He has a shop near the old Mr Pound site.

This has been asked quite a few times on here. I recommend Oya Gurel of Gardenia, Oya's shop is located in Karakum next to Laconic and the DVD store. Gardenia have in stock a fantastic collection of wedding dresses, brides maids and evening gowns. Oya uses best quality material and extras such as swarovski jewels and beading.

She and her staff can make you a couture dress no problem. She worked for Selfridges in London.
