Just a quick heads up:

My husband withdrew 300tl yesterday and 800tl was registered as taken out on internet banking.

DO NOT USE HSBC CATALKOY ATM.

I did a post on this a few weeks ago, the machine is totally unstable, HSBC know about it, but appear not to have done anything. I never use that ATM now. It is a nightmare, and quite a number of people I think, have had problems with it.
