MOT test question?

Would you know if the law has changed regarding the MOT test as I have been told that the named owner has to get the paperwork and take the car to the testing station. The reason I am asking is because I have to get an MOT for my friends car as he is in the uk for several months

I Recently had a friends car serviced and Mot'D by Erdener garage whilst he was back in the UK.
So I dont think there is any truth in the rumour.

I take my car to Erdener garage when the MOT is due. For a small fee, the whole process is completed for me.Well worth it for a guaranteed MOT pass and no hassle for me.

I used ESTA in Karaolglanoglu, opposite Ship Inn. 50 Lira, pick up and drop off car from home. 0392 444 3782. So no truth in rumour.
