Intergaz What a smables

I telephone Tuesday morning to order gas, explained that I have a 92 year old mother living with us and could they give us priority.
They advised will try for Wednesday, well Wednesday came and went so did Thursday and Friday, here we are Saturday promised before mid-day telephoned again and now told definitely today, can't give you a time.
Piss up in a brewery comes to mind, come on Intergas get your deliveries right or at least don't give us false hopes. Give me a date and stick to it, very unhappy customer.

Carbotec my friend,
I am sorry to read about your "poor experience" with Intergaz. its so weird, my experience was the opposite to yours, and its not one off.

I ordered on Friday, and was told gas delivery wont happen before Tuesday. Surprise! surprise!, the tanker turned up on Saturday afternoon, filled the gas tank and left. Not only that, I was out on that day, I received a phone call from the driver informing me he is in my property. He topped up the gas and left the invoice under the tank cover....
I am not exaggerating, they always turn up a day or two earlier

My best advice to you, don't let the tank run out of gas before you order. What I mean, check the gage and make sure when it hits 1/2 "half tank", phone Intergaz and put an order in advance. Only allow for top up, it saves you money and reduce the aggravation
Hope all change for you, best of luck,

It only happens in TRNC.

Carbotec, article in todays English Newspaper!, due to bad weather the ship delivering LPG had been unable to dock to offload for a few days. I rang Jetgaz on Monday for a delivery, promised for Wednesday. When it didn't arrive, I called on Thursday and was advised it would be there that day, due to the shortage of gas, there was a problem. It arrived on Thursday pm as promised. I always reorder when it is down to 40% just in case!!!

We ordered ours on Friday and it was due on Tuesday but the delivery guy rang the bell at 9:30 this morning.
We usually find that Intergas do try to go the extra mile to help customers.

Can I ask whether or not they requested to see a permit for the gas tank which there was a thread about a few weeks ago. We don't have the annual one, which we knew nothing about until recently, so have to get one.

Had two deliveries recently and not been asked for permit, which I have had for a year. Back dated fine to 2005 was 867tl!!!

No we were not asked for the licence which we renewed at the end of December, it was 35TLthis time, up 2TL from last year. Luckily we were not fined for the previous years without it.

A four day delivery time in the middle of winter is quite outstanding and should be applauded-not critised .

I've delt with IG for 6 years now - never been a problem.

Good company who always try their very best to please.

Panochat, my friend Turkish Cypriot, went to renew mine for me in mid December and was told come back in the New Year as they hadn't decided how much it would be. Left and right hand!. Bye the way he still hasn't got it!!Must remind him tomorrow!

We went back twice in December and we were told they would know the new price on the 29th; they also told us that if we didn't renew before the end of the year we would be fined
Went back on the 29th and they had the revised price and we obtained the new permit.
All in all a bit of a shambles!!!!

Not complaining about the time taken to deliver gas but the the lies they tell like, be there tomorrow or the next day or the next day. For God sake be upfront, it will be 5 days and stick to it.

We have Jet Gas - ordered last Friday told Monday delivery well suffice to say a week on still no gas, different excuse every day, though latest phone call will supposedly be tomorrow - well seeing will be believing. Goes without saying we are now checking gauge every day!!!
By the way does anyone know if story I heard today that the price of electric is dropping by 60 o/o, find it a bit difficult to believe and tend to think something altered in translation

I have used Jetgaz for 10 years and only once have they not delivered in Ozankoy on the promised day, but the next day. Even came out when I thought the tank was empty, as the gauge was showing that. It was actually full, but wasn't registering correctly. Big smile, laughed at me and no charge for the wild goose chase!!(There was a technical explanation, but can't remember)
