I was having TV problems watching Filmon .. Rang Multimax, they suggested the router could be the problem .. Bring it in to be checked out ..
Erol said the router was a problem, he would loan me a Multimax test router to try ..
If this turned out to be the cause, I could buy a new one from Multimax or source my own if I could buy one cheaper ..
The router was the cause, the TV was now excellent .. Bought one myself, took it to Multimax, it was reconfigured on the spot by Erol ..
Not being very computer literate, he showed me how to connect to get the thing working .. All now working fine ..
Thankyou Erol & Multimax .. Wouldn't look any further than Multimax, second to none ..
One other thing, new prices come into force on 19th Jan .. If you extend your current contract before this date, you get at the old price I paid mine with a month still to run & in effect it was 101TL off the cost of a new router ..

They have kept very quiet about this. Could you post what the new prices will be please

In the New Year Multimax will be making changes to the current package portfolio. These changes will come into effect on 19th January 2015. Whilst there are some inevitable price increases, due to ever changing and fluctuating exchange rates, we continue to strive to offer the best value possible and believe that you will still find Multimax the most competitive in the market.

increasing off-peak time for unrestricted and unlimited usage (traffic management will still apply during new peak times)
offering the option to pay monthly, at the end of any current subscription
offering the option to continue with a 6 monthly or yearly subscription

Please note that to qualify for monthly payments, customers must first have completed an initial 6 month or yearly package

Multimax Gold Freedom 275TL 3.25TL
Current 15MM Customers – 6 months or yearly

Multimax will be automatically switching you to the new Multimax Gold Package for the duration of your current subscription.

Current 20MM Customers – 6 months or yearly

Multimax will be automatically switching you to the new Multimax Platinum Package for the duration of your current subscription.

Current Freedom Customers

Multimax will be automatically switching you to the new Multimax Gold Freedom Package, a simpler one price fits all option.

Current Monthly Payment Customers

Monthly Customers will have the option to switch to one of our monthly payment options on Gold or Platinum Packages – you can of course choose to extend to a 6 month or yearly package as a more overall cost effective option.

Customers need do nothing, Multimax will be completing the change overs without the need for customers to visit our offices, however should you have any queries our Customer Support team will be happy to help, via support ticket on your user panel, via phone, email or live chat.

All existing customer with their language preference set to English should have revived an email detailing the new packages and prices. If you have not and have checked your spam and trash folders then please contact us so we can work out why you have not got the email.

Also, the price change should not just be seen as a price increase. Contents of the new packages are also upgraded compared to previous packages.

The fact that existing customers will be upgraded to new packages for the reminder of their time at no additional cost is the courtesy of Multimax for their continued support.

If you take out a 6 month subscription does it have to be consecutive months or can you break it up to have 2 lots of 3 months?.

Not with the Standard Gold and Platinum Packages, but we have Gold Freedom package specifically designed for people who are not on the island full time. You can request more info on the package by sending an email to info@multimaxcyprus.com
