Calor Gas Heater Repairs

Can anybody advise where to take my gas heater to be repaired, I think the thermal couple needs replacing.

Karakum. Going towards Catalkoy, just past Marshalls there is a shop which has all sorts of household appliances outside. I believe gas heaters are his speciality. Good luck.

Dont know where you are Tojo, but we took ours to the repair chap on the main road in Karakum, where you turn down for Taners Terrace. He did the thermo couple thingy. Didn't cost much as I remember and has been fine since. He has all sorts of electrical stuff outside which he repairs.

Tektan in the centre of Girne also do a very good job on repair and service of Gas Heaters

Anyone here using catalytic gas heaters? If so has anyone had them repaired here yet?

The shop in Karakum is now boarded up. No idea if he's relocated or just packed up. Tektan is definitely the place to go. They are in Koruturk Sk. No. 9. It's the one way Street just before The Savoy hotel. You have to approach it from above not the Girne High Street end.
