I wanted to cheer my friend up, as she had to deal with several health issues. As I live so far away and having to rely on public transport I could not visit her. A while ago, my friend told me that her mother always made her some mini apple pies, instead of mince pies as she did not like them.
I asked Fatouche if she could make 12 and deliver them to my friend. Not only did she make them, she refused payment and asked me to donate to a cancer charity.

My friend just loved the surprise!!!! And she loved the pies, said the pastry was wonderful!!!!

Now can somebody tell me, how to donate?? And who to??

I couldn't agree more - she's a star and helped me out over Christmas. I didn't even bother to pretend the pastry is mine, I just sing her praises!!
