Just updated the link
I can't get the latest link to put on here it won't work for some reason but this is copied to show that there is an update which covers Cyprus and Turkey as the 4th update on the Gov.UK website.
Phase four of the transfer to the UK, of overseas birth and death registrations of British Citizens will begin on 14 January 2015
