Internal floor up & new membrane recommendations
I've read on line about some folks getting there floor done probally, digging old one up new Membrane & floor . I'm looking along that line & would like some recommendations direct from people that have had there floor done and have been & still are very pleased . Yes, i did this renovation of the floors a few years ago to cure an unlivable damp situation, a very satisfactory solution but not cheap, PM mě if you want to chat about it, i have a pictorial record of the work.

We have done this sort of work and cover all building aspects . Let me know why you are doing this as it could be damp from external patios we could look and make suggestions http://www.braceybuilders.com before you spend money you might not have to

Just to clarify I am not representing a commercial organisation with something to sell.
To answer your question, all floors both upstairs and downstairs, and all patios and doorways inside and outside throughout the building, tiles and sand removed replaced with concrete screed and epoxy dpc, then New tiles.

Also am looking for some "kingspan" type insulation to go in my loft, has anyone seen any?

You could do well to contact Erdam trading, very satisfied with work they have done for me,speak very good english and did not want payment until I was satisfied with their work.

Had a whole house done ( 2 floors ) with pumped in self levelling 'foam' concrete. Perfect!
