Turkcell are not taking cash for bill payments.

Tried to pay our phone bills in cash today at two different Turkcell offices only to be told that we have to go into the office in Girne centre near the Belediye. New rules apparently.............

Sub offices only take local credit cards for phone payments have done for ages. Main office takes cash.

Pay in Starling, plus all other utility bills.
