Does anyone out there have NTV? I am having terrible problems with picture quality, sound and also NTV turning itself on and off. Does this happen to anyone else?

Been having problems since upgrade! They have not got back to me like they said they would around two weeks ago. Very poor service!!

Hi All I use a service over the internet via the UK, similar to NTV, it is the sky package + a film channel (BBC,ITV,ect Sky movies, Sky sport, BT sport, it costs £100 for 6 months, i have been using it for 6 months now and just renewed it, they do a monthly, 6 monthly and 12 monthly subscription, they also do catch up and on demand at a small extra monthly cost, i have a mag 250 box to receive the signal purchaced from this company, (approx £90) it is not via a laptop, if anybody wants to see it call me on 0533 848 3939

Yes I have read the Global message. I have also contacted them and each time I mention it which has been over the last two months they say they are working on it and they know about the problem. But nothing changes. I complain nearly every night!
When my subscription is up for renewal I will look for an alternative PaulC

I use a Minix android box with the NTV app, Multimax are listed, we get the news and tv channels and there is no problems with quality of picture or sound.

We have had to ring them every day for the past 5/6 days with the picture buffering, freezing and going off completely for short periods. Yesterday they said it was a problem with reception in TRNC only and they were "looking into it". Will see what today brings!!!
