Is it just us or does the Beeb have a problem at the moment with streaming national radio. Can listen to any local BBC radio station but for yesterday afternoon and today not able to listen to Radio 2 or any other national Beeb radio. There is nothing on BBC R2 web site to say there's a problem.

I am having the same problem with the BBC radio player for the last couple of days-It's the same on all my computers and only affects BBC stations.
I was going to email multimax this morning as they usually put the BBC feeds through a VPN, but it doesn't seem to be working properly My internet signal is fine so it's not that.
Maybe if Erol or Kemal reads this they could check it out?

Yes same here. BBC Radio not working, been really bad for a few day's now.

I have just got R2 back using the manually entered Multimax VPN which I was advised to try yesterday, as they have a problem with the one that automatically loads. Go to Knowledge Base on MM website and it all becomes easy to do. Obviously MM still have an issue with the normal one, which still worked this morning when downloading progs from BBC IPlayer....??

There is an issue with bbc radio (live - catchup seems ok) when not using the manual VPN. We are investigating and when I have any info will update here. In mean time using the manual VPN it does work.

Thanks for that Navek - a useful alternative for multimax customers whilst we try and get the bbc direct links working again (without having to use the manual vpn).

Now seems to be OK -using BBC radio player via multimax (not separate VPN).

Yes currently radio is working but at the expense of video not working. Currently its either / or. We are working to get back to the point where both (bbc radio and video) work without customers doing anything. In the mean time things may shift between these two states as we test things out.
