Is summer nearly here?

In the garden ın Lapta Monday morn,saw 2 swallows flyıng over the house.Do 2 swallows make a summer here? And,doıng some dıggıng,a male robın searched the dug ground for worms,then a song thrush and a small bırd (could have been a wren)...Then ıt raıned !!!

Put the sprouts on it will soon be Christmas!!!!!!!!!!

Only four more hunting days left! Heads down swallows! Summer is still three weeks away before it gets started - 8th of March is when the heat is supposed to return to the ground and we can start digging again or so my local Shepard tells me............

Cant waıt tıl 8th March....have got traılıng tomatoes about 3ın hıgh covered by half coke bottles and lettuce too..Incıdentally my last garden ın Wales,Aberystwyth last frost could have been 17th May !!!So well ahead here
