Boiler engineer that speaks good English

We have some slightly complicated central heating issues and really need an engineer who speaks good English. Have been using a bloke called Ali but whilst excellent he is unreliable----- VERY.

I need 2 TRVs replacing, a new analogue time clock which is built in which controls heating only (this may have to be "rigged"), the boiler servicing and possibly the anti freeze sensor disconnecting as this is cutting in at +8C and probabl really is not neccessary.

Any suggestions, looking for someone reliable, experienced and reasonable. Thanks
