Does anyone have details of a Therapist that can help with an ankle injury. Preferably between Lapta & Girne .

I'm in UK but going through exactly the same now .
For the last year had archiles tendon issues .
Flare ups I treated with ice lack and then hot water bottle morning and night .
I am paying private in a bid to fix it .


You tube is fantastic at showing you some real excercises if you know what the issue is .
Everything I have done is exact to what the physio is doing with exception of using the hot and cold packs ( I was just using cold ) and a calf stretch ........

Maybe this lady can help, she is almost opposite Lemar at Karakum and very very good I have reccoed. many people there and they have been pleased.
