The Wednesday market in Girne.

Stormax at Karaoglanoglu or Catalkoy/Karakum. Or heading east in parade of shops just before Cratos turn sell various qualities & prices.

The big 1001by the airport turn off sells bedding.

Coming from Lefkosa, follow the signs into Girne.(not Lapta) At the bottom of the hill at the roundabout, turn left. You will see Arcelik just past the New British cemetery, on your left, turn there. The market is about 100 yards along the that road. Opposite the police station. Anyone add to this?

All I can say as a "Swallow" (2 weeks holiday each year since 2011) is - there is no way I would miss it - visit it every trip! (If you can haggle, so much the better!)
If you look at Google maps and type in "Baris Parki Girne Cyprus", you will also see Girne Otobus Terminali (the bus station) - the market is more or less between the two!

They get there in the morning, and it stays open until everyone goes home - like any other market

White double fitted sheet and flat sheet plus two pillow cases all in cotton...from the shop near CreditWest Catalkoy (parade of shops near Lemar Catalkoy) TL45. Coloured sheets to order.

Same block as Credit West bank, but at far end. Yes I have had stuff from there as well. Bought electric blankets there.

The shop is called Unlu Havlu. I have also bought from them for the last 7 years. They used to have a shop on the road into Girne past the hospital and on the left.

I also had my patio seatpads recovered by Unlu Havlu, she also made me seat backs for the chairs. She did a lovely job, and they were ready when she said they would be, at, what I thought, was a reasonable price.

If you don't want to wait for them to be made and looking for something really reasonably priced , yes, go to the Wednesday Market and have a haggle over price. The later in the day you leave it, the lower the prices become - well at least that's what happens with the food stalls!! You never know.

Thought it was self evident J1. Some people were recommending you had them made but you would have had to wait. Going to the market you buy them there and then as you would from a shop. You also wanted cheap. they don't come much cheaper than the market if you haggle.
