office hours for Muhtar Alsancak

can anyone tell me what times I will be able to find the Muhtar in Alsancak near Pia Belis please?

Think you need to be a bit more specific, the best of my knowledge, Alsancak has 3 Muhtars. If you mean Ya Beles (or whatever - the fruit and veg place is called) then as his office is next door to that and inside the Car Electrical business, he tends to be there off and on all day.

I totally understand the number of different Muhtars but all I wanted was the one next to the fruit & veg
Anyway all I can say he was wonderful!
