Looking for a car. Will be my first car so something small, not to exspensive to insure, tax etc reliable just need idea of cost for something. Thanks

I have a Vauxhall Nova Merit for sale, used every day, 10 month tax (140tl per year) insurance and 3 years mot. Only getting rid of it because I have 2 cars and the other is bigger for family use. Looking for 4200tl.

Sorry it's pretty old 1992 first registered, but price is on par with what you would expect for a car of it's age.

vickyfidd, if you are anywhere near Esentepe Cengiz at Alcans holiday village has a Suzuki for sale. It is around 3 years old i think MA or MB registration. Dont know the price but it is a small car very well looked after and Gengiz is selling it for a friend of his who has gone back to Turkey to get married.

vickyfidd, had cars from 10 yr old Suzuki vitara to 3 yr old opel 7 seat zafira. Tax varied greatly but insurance was the same for each

I can offer you a VW Polo 2001 Sedan. It is 1.4 engine. Very economic and low on taxes. Annual taxes (road tax + insurance) is about 550TL. Has all the extras you need - el. windows, aircon, etc. All taxes are paid till the end of this year. You just buy and drive it. I am selling it as I wish to go for a brand new car on leasing.
