We would like to make a public thank you to a very caring young man, Altay of Vetpoint for helping us sort out serious medical problems with our little rescue Cyprus Poodle, Bonny.
He was the third Vet we had taken her to, the first being the one that made a huge mistake which had caused her these problems and the second one even after doing a ultra sound gave the opinion everything was OK with her.
Altay arranged for us to take her to the Near East University Animals Hospital yesterday morning and she was seen by a team of seven and had numerous tests and another ultra sound done. Not only did he come with us, he also was with Bonny all the time she was being worked on.
The outcome is a diagnosis and she will be operated on next Wednesday and after that we are thinking positive and looking forward to having our happy, cheeky, mischievous little Bonny back.
Heartfelt thanks to Altay for putting himself out to help, for listening and believing things were not right with Bonny and for guiding us to the medical experts with the experience and knowledge, that were able to help her.

This is the third case I have heard in as many weeks, re the amazing treatment given to pets at the NEU Vet. Hospital when people have been let down by their usual Surgery. Congratulations to Alta and "Good Luck" Bonny.

Well done again Altay, this efficient and caring young man, who saved my cat's life, seems to have a sixth sense regarding animals. I can't praise him enough. Good luck to Bonny I hope everything turns out well.

I am so glad that Alpay is getting the recognition he so justly deserves. He has been looking after my cats for several months now and nothing is too much trouble. He spent a Saturday afternoon vaccinating any cat we could catch and checking them all over .... I think he managed about 14! None of them panicked as he took his time chatting to them.... A truly caring person who deserves to succeed, we are lucky to have him!
