Can anyone tell me where I can purchase Quorn mince please?
I have looked in Supreme and Tempo.

Herself says she has seen it in Ileli Alsancak,also Linda Mcartney brand.

I am sure you could make some yourself. I have made a few vegetarian shepherd's pies (not meatless shepherd you understand!) over the years. The main ingredient that replaces the mince is lentil..the one you can buy in abundance in the stores in TRNC, mostly green/brown. Diced onion, garlic, carrots, turnip or any solid root vegetable you can find, tomatoes, stock and lots of herbs and flavourings. You can similarly make "beefburgers" if you leave out the liquid. You can add or take away anything that you like. No need to pay lots of money for a small pack of something that really doesn't taste half as good as freshly made. Go for it!
