Yet again another BIG thank you.

Tonight at aprox 21.30 our internet connection was gone, did a speed check and got only 0.91 down and 0.080 up.
Tried the Multimax number but got no reply, I phoned Erol and apologised for contacting him on a Saturday night but this was no problem, Erol said he would look at the problem and call me back.
This he did within 5 minutes and the problem was solved, 38.60 down 3.85 up. We watched our tv show very happy.
I would like to say once again to Erol, thank you for your service it is the best and thank you to Multimax.
