Some good news for British expats in Spain & France - maybe expats in other countries will get the same positive result from EU court????

Not a chance in TRNC - if that's what you were inferring. Far more important and life threatening issues in TRNC for house "purchasers" than expats getting back some tax on what they had deducted on rental of their properties - as I see it.
Loved the last sentence...
MPs voted to amend laws that demand developers must pay compensation to expats who purchased a home from them in good faith only to find they had been conned later.
