Thank you Soner, I am not religious and so it still feels strange celebrating in a Muslim country. It does prove that different cultures and religions CAN live peacefully together!!!

"When in Rome do as the Romans" - I am in UK at the moment and will be celebrating Easter, as I do Christmas. If/when in Hong Kong then will celebrate Chinese New Year, the Moon Festival and whatever else they have to celebrate.

Bless them, this may be a Muslin country, but I still managed to buy Easter eggs for my babies.
Good for you Soner, and happy Easter to you,

Slightly I remember my first Christmas Day living here. Sat down at the harbour having a drink and two fishermen sat on their boat frying fish on a gas stove. Both looked up to us and shouted Happy Christmas! I will never forget that.

I think Cyprus is a very Spiritual place and we celebrate both Christian and Muslim holidays. Says both in bible and Koran only one God if you are religious, Happy Easter all out there.
