Has anyone exported a car to the UK?

I know that they can be put into containers but does anyone know the following:
As TRNC not recognised will they allow a car to be imported into the UK?
Will I need to get an export licence from the government here?
Is it all really worth the hassle?
Would really appreciate your points of view if anyone has any ideas.
Cannot find info online as to costs of importing the car either.
Perhaps it is a non-starter. Just need to know
Thanks

WHY
It would be a case of buy high sell low
UK prices are lower than TRNC prices
Thats where the story begins and ends
Without adding the transportation costs and UK duty
Unless its a valuable rarecar sell in the TRNC simples

See DVLA/UK GOV. site on line for info - you will find that there is NO import duty. Shipping is regularly advertised as £990 to send car to UK.
You won't get good price for your car here considering what you paid for it, too many for sale and you may be in too much of a hurry to wait for ages to sell privately and you see what a trader will offer you!!!!
So selling here you will lose out; if you have a newish car it is worth taking it home with you.

Cars in the UK are far cheaper thanks NC .
People do it the other way around and use as business cars like taxis .
