Has anyone lost a Tortoise in the Ziya Bey Sokak area. He is of the turbo charged variety, goes like stink!!!!

If he is that fast he is probably a terrapin and needs not to be out of the water too long.

IS THIS ANYWHERE NEAR THE CHEMIST/POST OFFICE IN LAPTA,A FRIEND HAD LOST HER TORTOISE AND YES HE IS VERY FAST...THANK YOU
