After all the comlaints I've read about NTV I'm surprised they have anyone left who wants to pay subscriptions!

I can understand your dilemma, there is no doubt that satellite based tv, properly installed, will predictably deliver a more consistent viewing experience, but tv via the internet offers much greater choice and flexibility, I.e. 'time shifting', 'video on demand' etc. - and it does seem that most of the recent issues with NTV can be attributed to a (hopefully temporary) issue with TTNET in Turkey or to reduced signal issues after power cuts. As you are presumably still going to need an Internet connection, why not try the *FREE* NTV channels that you get with a Multimax internet connection? If you're not happy, you can cancel, and get your money back for the unused portion of your contract. If you're happy and want more channels then you can sign up to one of the NTV contracts that offers what you want.

p.s. I have no affiliation to Multimax (other than as a customer) or to NTV

and I am very puzzled as to why Multimax does not have 100% marketshare already with everything thats on the table...

If you use Multimax for your internet, you automatically get 13 UK 'Entertainment channels' including BBC, ITV, Ch4 etc, plus 4 or 5 News channels FOR FREE from NTV - you don't need any special equipment, you can use your laptop connected to your TV (go to http://ntv.mx/ & make up a username and password, and you're off!) , or if you prefer an Android box, you can run a free program called XBMC (or KODI) which has a free NTV 'add on' - it will even run on a 'raspberry pi' - in fact I'm told that that works even better.

The XBMC (or KODI) program will also run on a laptop (or, indeed, any other 'platform') and allows you to watch virtually any TV show ever broadcast, and any film ever screened - once you get the hang of it! - There is a learning curve... - but it's well worth the effort. If you want to use ExpatTV, there is a free add-on for that, and also one for Filmon, as well as 'FTV' which you can use with a full EPG (programme guide / listing) - useful for seeing 'what's on' if you don't have a copy of 'Radio Times' handy

Thank you for replies as to paying the above. I know MM have had problems, understand beyond their control ie Turkey, but they have always been most helpful with any queries, so I will stick to what I know.

Yes you can use your own internet supplier, if you are happy with them then their is no need to change. As for installation our system is plug and play, so no install needed. If you are interested in our system I can have you connected tonight, or if you prefer we can arrange a demo.
Please call our number from the website, or private message me here.
