Is there a doctor who treats dementia only near girne as we have a friend in the early stages ,his wife needs some help because he keeps wondering off and can't find his way home she is alone with him 24/7 please post if you know anything.

When my mum kept wondering off we bought a identity bracelet with her name and our phone number on it. It gives a little bit of hope that if they do get lost somebody might see it and ring.

There is a lady doctor at Near East hospital on the Neuro Medical team. Near East number for English speaker is Nicole on 05338231439. Cannot remember her name but tell Nicole Neuro medical lady doctor.

I would recommend Dr Ipekdal at Kolan. He has seen patients at the clinic in Girne.
